Hello! My name is Monica and I live in Dayton, Ohio. I enjoy all things art and music. I draw, paint, sculpt, do arts&crafts, etc... I also do some modeling, I would love to do body painting sets. I'd say over 50% of my time is devoted to art, whether I am just thinking about it or working on a piece. Whenever someone tells me a story, I generally picture it as a cartoon or movie clip.

Wow. It's been.... a while :)
I'm currently 6 months pregnant, and can't wait to meet our daughter, Lillian, in the coming new year.
I'm working on a friends costume atm. Hand sewing Old Gregg's jacket. It's going to be pretty awesome! If you don't know who Old Gregg is, check out the Mighty Boosh. Strange strange ppl. It's awesome.
Anyhow. Before I start writing a novel, I just wanna say that I have crazy tons of ideas to I want to work on over the winter while I'm on maternity leave. Lots of crafting. Fabrics and such. Some painting to get ready for the spring.

I work a 12 hr shift later this afternoon today. Before then, I intend to paint my nightstand. I haven't quite decided what it will exactly be, but several themes come to mind. Elements- earth, wind, fire, and water- solfeggio frequency table, alchemy symbols, the universe. ahh I think it's all too much lol

Dishes were done and the house is clean, feeling accomplished I went for a walk. It's been snowing for hours and it seemed no matter what direction I walked in, the snow flew right in my face, but I didn't mind. For a moment I stopped in front of my favorite house in the neighborhood. I thought, "why do I like this house so much?" Just then a dozen or so birds flew in and scattered across the yard and into the bushes. A couple squirrels climbed down from the trees and hopped around light heartily. I smiled and turned back towards the park, my destination. I climbed atop a fallen tree and inside the trunk, which is split halfway open, just out
